BREAKING: DSS Dismisses 115 Officers, Issues Public Warning Against Impostors (FULL LIST)

DSS has dismissed 115 Officers and issued public warning against impostors.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Department of State Services (DSS) has dismissed 115 officers as part of its ongoing internal reforms to enhance discipline, integrity, and professionalism within the agency.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the DSS revealed that some of the dismissed personnel including Barry Donald and Victor Onyedikachi Godwin have continued to impersonate the Service and defraud unsuspecting members of the public.

The agency urged Nigerians to be vigilant and avoid any form of interaction or transaction with these individuals, emphasizing that their names and details have been published on its official website: www.dss.gov.ng/media/more/4.

The DSS further encouraged citizens to report any suspicious activity involving impostors through its official contact channels: 09088373515 or dsspr@dss.gov.ng, warning that impersonation of security personnel is a serious offense punishable by law.

The Service reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of conduct among its personnel and ensuring accountability across all levels of operation.
