A former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Prince Uche Secondus has described the sealing of the Atiku/Okowa campaign office in Port Harcourt by the Rivers State Government as childish behaviour and abuse of power. Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has said that the agitation for inclusiveness, fairness and equity by the group of five governors (G-5) led by Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, is not just about 2023 elections but efforts to strengthen mutual trust and fairness to all parts of the country.

7. The leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has advised politicians and political office holders to shun violence.
