Adamu stated that “the victory is a precursor to expected victories of the APC at the Osun election later this year and at the 2023 general elections”.

The National Chairman also stated that President Muhammadu Buhari, “who as leader of the APC, provided guidance for the Party in the Ekiti State election.”

Adamu assured President Buhari that his leadership with the national Working Committee will continue to be guided by his wisdom in prosecuting all future elections for the consolidation of his legacies.

Newsonline reports that Osun gubernatorial election will hold in the coming months, while the general election will hold in February 2023.
