1. Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo has asked Nigerians not to vote for presidential aspirants “lying” that some persons bought forms for them. Obasanjo, who spoke during a colloquium to mark the 61st birthday of Pastor Itua Ighodalo in Lagos, said the aspirants lied to Nigerians and should not be voted in the forthcoming presidential election.
2. The Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Arc Olamilekan Adegbite says the Federal Government has engaged a British firm to revive the Ajaokuta Steel Company Limited “for free”. He said the decision was taken after the outbreak of war between Russia and Ukraine.

Executive Secretary of the agency, Dr. Emmanuel Shior made the disclosure in Makurdi while flagging off the months’ distribution of relief materials to the IDPs.
