EFCC has declared Simon Oshi wanted for obtaining money under false pretence and issuance of dud cheque.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared a man identified as Simon Oshi wanted over alleged offences bordering on obtaining money under false pretence and issuance of a dud cheque.
The anti-graft agency made the declaration in a post on its official X account.
According to the EFCC, Oshi is a native of Aninri Local Government Area of Enugu State.
The commission described him as tall and dark in complexion and urged members of the public with information about his whereabouts to assist the agency.
The EFCC said the declaration was made in connection with allegations of obtaining money under false pretence and issuing a dud cheque.
The agency did not provide further details about the alleged transaction or the amount of money involved in the case in the information released.
