Phyna has challenged Etinosa to celebrity boxing bout after Nkechi Blessing victory.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Former Big Brother Naija reality show winner, Josephina “Phyna” Otabor, has challenged Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia to a celebrity boxing bout following her victory over actress Nkechi Blessing.
Phyna issued the challenge after organisers of Balmoral Promotions’ Chaos in the Ring asked who she wanted to face next after defeating Nkechi Blessing at the event.
“That will be Etinosa. She’s been messing around in my DM, and thank God for Chaos in the Ring. Etinosa, her time is now overdue. I need to fight her,” Phyna said.

The reality star accused Etinosa of repeatedly sending her messages and said she was ready to settle their differences inside the boxing ring.
Etinosa, however, accepted the challenge while maintaining that her previous messages to Phyna were intended as advice.
“Moving around to advise you to carry yourself and Edo name with pride, na bad thing I do? You don get the confidence now. Challenge well accepted,” Etinosa said.
Phyna defeated Nkechi Blessing by fourth-round technical knockout at the Chaos in the Ring event held on Thursday, October 1, at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The victory earned Phyna ₦50 million and a brand-new car, while also making her the winner of Nigeria’s first female celebrity boxing bout.
The proposed Phyna-Etinosa contest could become the next major celebrity boxing matchup following the growing popularity of crossover bouts involving Nigerian entertainers.
