President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over the continuation of a security meeting at the Presidential Villa, FCT, Abuja.
News Online Nigeria understands that the security summoned by President Buhari last Friday, was adjourned to Tuesday and has now commenced.

Those at the meeting are Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha and Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari.
Others include Minister of Defence, Major-General Bashir Magashi (Rtd) and the National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (Rtd.)

The Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor, Chief of Army Staff; Lieutenant-General Ibrahim Attahiru, Chief of Naval Staff; Vice Admiral Awwal Zubairu, and Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amoo are also attending the crucial meeting.
The acting Inspector General of Police, IGP, Usman Baba is also in attendance.
News Online understands that the president read out the riot act to his security chiefs at the last meeting and warned that “while the insurgents, bandits and criminals are still at it, he has no doubt that the Nigerian security agencies and all of us as a nation will certainly overcome all the current security problems and defeat the forces of evil marauding about in different parts of the country,” according to a press statement dispatched afterwards by National Security Adviser (NSA) Babagana Monguno.
