NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Providus Bank Plc has expanded its national footprint with the commissioning of a new branch in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, as part of its strategy to deepen market presence and promote financial inclusion.

The development follows the bank’s successful compliance with the recapitalisation requirements set by the Central Bank of Nigeria since January 2025, positioning it for sustained growth and operational stability.

Speaking at the commissioning, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Deoye Ojuroye, said the expansion aligns with the bank’s broader plan to strengthen its presence across key economic hubs nationwide.
