EFCC has arrested 46 suspected internet fraudsters in Warri.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Benin Zonal Directorate have arrested no fewer than 46 suspected internet fraudsters in Warri Local Government Area of Delta State.

The arrest was made on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at different locations within the Warri metropolis following credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet-related fraud.

Items recovered from them during the arrest include 13 exotic cars, laptops and phones.

 

The suspects will be charged in court as soon as investigations are concluded.
