Eligibility Criteria For AfDB Recruitment 2024

The ideal candidates must have the following criteria listed below:

1. Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree in a related field.
2. Have years of relevant working experience in financial structuring in a Commercial/Investment Bank, Development Finance Institution, Water Utility, Infrastructure/Private Equity Fund, Sovereign Wealth Fund, Water/Sanitation Project Developer, etc.
3. Good working experience with, or working knowledge of, multilateral or bilateral development agencies.
4. Experience of Multi-lateral development banks (or similar financing institutions) and their operations in terms of private and/or public sector project development and implementation process.
5. Competencies in strategy development and implementation.
6. Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
7. Client orientation.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French or English, with a good working knowledge of the other language.
9. Competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
