AfCFTA is intended to deepen intra-African trade by reducing barriers and connecting businesses to a market of more than one billion people.
Participants will discuss how Nigerian manufacturers and exporters can improve product quality, meet international standards, build stronger supply chains and compete more effectively across the continent.
Zenith Bank said it had supported initiatives designed to facilitate cross-border trade and expand access to commercial opportunities across Africa, including partnerships with the AfCFTA Secretariat.
Now in its 10th edition, the bank’s International Trade Seminar has developed into a platform for discussions among government institutions, regulators, financial organisations, exporters and other stakeholders within Nigeria’s trade ecosystem.
The 2026 edition will seek practical proposals for moving Nigeria beyond the export of unprocessed commodities and translating its productive capacity into employment, foreign-exchange earnings and sustainable economic development.
The seminar will be streamed on Zoom, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.
