Adron Homes has inaugurated AHPORA Executives for Treasure Park & Gardens Phase 2 Extension.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Adron Homes has inaugurated new executives of the Adron Homes Property Owners and Residents Associations (AHPORA) for the Uptown and Downtown zones of Treasure Park & Gardens Phase 2 Extension in Simawa, Ogun State, as part of efforts to strengthen engagement between the company and residents.
The inauguration, held on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Downtown Estate, Simawa, provides residents with a platform to communicate concerns, share ideas and engage with the developer through elected representatives.
The new executives are expected to monitor estate-related matters, communicate residents’ needs and follow up on issues affecting property owners, while promoting accountability and cooperation within the community.
The event was attended by HRH Alaiyeluwa Oba Peter Oluwole Ogunbayo (Otete III), the Odemo of Isara Remo, who served as the Royal Father of the Day.

For the Uptown Zone, Mrs. Augustina Chuks was inaugurated as Chairman, while Mrs. Ogunba-Ojo Hutawa Aderonke emerged as Secretary-General.
Hon. Mrs. Wale Fayemi and Mr. Lateef Eniola were represented at the ceremony by their daughter and wife, respectively.
In the Downtown Zone, Alhaji Akeem Segun Koletowo was inaugurated as Chairman, with Mr. Alex O. Ohanwadi appointed Secretary-General.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of Adron Group, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuel King KOF, described the inauguration as an important milestone in the development of the estate.
He noted that residents had transformed what was once unoccupied land into a growing neighbourhood, stressing that the long-term success of an estate depends on the participation and commitment of the people who live there.
“We are not simply inaugurating executives. We are acknowledging that Downtown Estate has reached another stage in its journey,” he said.
According to him, while developers provide the framework, infrastructure and vision for an estate, residents ultimately shape its character and future.
“Residents and property owners are not spectators in the development of an estate. You are the story,” he added.
Sir Aare Adetola urged the newly inaugurated executives to regard their positions as a responsibility to the residents they represent.
He encouraged them to demonstrate leadership through dialogue, collaboration and responsible decision-making.
“They must be leaders who listen without losing direction, speak without creating unnecessary conflict, and disagree without destroying relationships,” he said.
The Adron Group chairman further noted that an estate’s reputation, peace, orderliness and relationships among residents are important assets that can influence the value of property owners’ investments.
“The success of an estate cannot be manufactured from the developer’s office. There must also be ownership from the people who live here,” he said.
Also speaking, the Managing Director of Adron Homes, Adenike Ajobo, acknowledged the challenges the company had encountered in the course of its growth, describing them as part of the process of building a stronger organisation.
She described Adron Homes as an unstoppable movement and urged homeowners, property investors and residents to unite under AHPORA to support the development of their estate.
“The only thing we are clamouring for, agitating for, and campaigning for is for all of us to come together to grow our estate together through AHPORA,” Ajobo said.
The association is expected to serve as a link between residents and Adron Homes, helping to communicate community needs, follow up on estate-related concerns and encourage cooperation on matters affecting property owners.
The event also recognised the contributions of two homeowners who requested anonymity for their support towards security and maintenance at the estate.
The homeowners donated a motorcycle and security equipment for use by the estate’s security personnel, with the aim of supporting mobility and strengthening security patrols.
They also contributed towards painting the estate’s gate post and provided food supplies and additional security equipment to support the security team.
The contributions highlighted the role residents can play in supporting security operations and maintaining shared facilities within their community.
Concluding his remarks, Sir Aare Adetola expressed hope that the newly inaugurated executives would leave a positive legacy through their service to residents and commitment to the estate’s development.
He said he hoped that when the current executives eventually hand over to another set of leaders, they would be able to say: “They left Downtown better than they met it.”
