Dangote Refinery IPO Price, Minimum Subscription

The Dangote Refinery IPO website currently lists the offer price at ₦525 per share.

Investors can subscribe for a minimum of 10 shares, putting the minimum investment at ₦5,250.

The public offer forms part of Dangote Refinery’s plan to raise capital from Nigerian investors through the sale of ordinary shares in the company.

The approval of multiple subscription channels is expected to provide investors with broader access to the offer through banks, fintech platforms, mobile money operators and the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) investment platform.

However, the company has specifically advised investors to verify their subscription channel against the approved list before making any payment or submitting an application.

Prospective investors are therefore advised to exercise caution and avoid individuals, websites, social media accounts or platforms claiming to offer access to the Dangote Refinery IPO but which are not among the 32 officially approved channels.
