Nigeria Better Than Developed Countries, Tinubu Will Cont Buhari's Good Work- Bello

Governor Kogi State, Yahaya Bello has said the president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, made Nigeria better than developed countries, adding the APC presidential candidate, bola Tinubu will continue the good work of the president.

 

Newsonline reports that Governor Bello said Tinubu’s presidency would enable the former governor of Lagos State to replicate what he did for the state economy.

 

Yahaya Bello who stated this on Tuesday, at the flag-off campaign of Bola Tinubu, in Jos, Plateau State,  said Buhari met an economy in problem, and a world recession strike, but turned the economy better than most world economies.

The Kogi State governor also praised Buhari for his development of infrastructural needs of the country.

 

Speaking on Buhari’s infrastructural development, Bello said: “You have done so well in terms of infrastructure and our economy.

 

“You inherited it when there were recessions and challenges across the world.

 

“Today in Nigeria, we are better than so many countries, including developed ones.”

 

Governor Yahaya Bello added, “Your Excellency, you have done it from 2015 to 2019, from 2019 till date – you are going to handover to Tinubu so he can continue to replicate what he did in Lagos and what Shettima did in Borno State across this country.”
