Mc Oluomo has threatened Igbos to stay at home ahead of Lagos Election
NewsOnline reports that Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, the Chairman of the Lagos State Parks Management Committee, has issued a stern warning to Igbo voters in Lagos state ahead of the March 11 governorship and State Assembly elections.
Recall that Peter Obi, the LP presidential flagbearer, won the presidential election in Lagos State on Saturday, February 25th, defeating Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), in his stronghold.

Obi received 582,454 votes in Lagos, defeating Tinubu who received 572,606 votes and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who received 75,750 votes.
Following Obi’s performance in Lagos during the presidential elections, his supporters have promised to do the same for Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the governorship candidate.
In a recent party meeting themed ‘Lagos Rising,’ All Progressive Chieftain, Mc Oluomo warned Igbo voters in the state to sit in their houses on election day if they were not going to vote for the ruling party.
Speaking in Yoruba, the APC chieftain stated that they have begged the Igbos, and if they continue to vote for their candidate, they will face consequences.
