GTCO Announces 2026 Food and Drink Festival in Lagos

GTCO has announced 2026 Food and Drink Festival in Lagos.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO Plc) has announced the 9th edition of its flagship Food and Drink Festival, scheduled to hold from May 1 to May 3, 2026, at GTCentre, Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos.

 

Themed “Everything Food and Drink,” this year’s festival will showcase a wide range of culinary experiences, reflecting both the diversity of cuisines and the cultural stories behind them. Over time, the event has evolved into a major platform that blends food, culture, innovation, and enterprise.

The 2026 edition will feature over 200 free retail stalls, highlighting everything from traditional Nigerian dishes to modern interpretations of global cuisine, providing opportunities for small and medium-scale food businesses alongside established brands.

 

Attendees can expect a robust lineup of activities, including interactive masterclasses, live cooking demonstrations, and food and wine tastings. The festival will also maintain its family-friendly appeal with dedicated play areas and activities for children.

 

Speaking ahead of the event, Segun Agbaje, Group CEO of GTCO Plc, described the festival as a platform that promotes innovation, inclusivity, and enterprise.

 

He noted that the event brings people together across different backgrounds, using food and drink as a unifying force while creating economic opportunities for participants.

 

Since its inception, the GTCO Food and Drink Festival has grown into one of Africa’s leading culinary events, attracting visitors from across Nigeria and beyond.
