Government has increased NYSC allowance for Oyo Corpers.

News Online reports that the Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde has increased allowance for members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) serving in Oyo State.

This online news platform understands that Governor Seyi Makinde announced that the monthly allowance of Corps members serving in the state has been increased to N15,000 from N5,000.

 

Governor Seyi Makinde, News Online understands made the announcement about the new allowance for Oyo corpers at the NYSC camp in Iseyin shortly after commissioning the Moniya-Ijaye-Iseyin road on Thursday, June 3.

The announcement by the Governor caused wide jubilation by corps members at the camp.
