President Tinubu has appointed PEBEC Director-General.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that President Bola Tinubu has announced the appointment of Zahrah Audu as the Director-General of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC).

 

The appointment by the president was made on Monday, January 20, 2025.

Zahrah, an entrepreneur and technology expert holds a background in software engineering and a business management degree from a United Kingdom university.

 

She is expected, as the DG of PEBEC to improve Nigeria’s business climate and attracting foreign investments.

 

The newly appointed DG of PEBEC is expected to bring her experience in business development, innovation, and investment promotion to her new role.

 

A recognized philanthropist, Zahrah championed the ‘Invest Nigeria’ campaign and coordinated the Existing Foreign Direct Investors Round-table Forum, helping to strengthen Nigeria’s position as a viable investment destination.
