Newsonline reports that the management of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA) has ordered the closure of the institution indefinitely.
This was revealed in a statement signed by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Gbenga Ige on Monday evening.
Ige urged the students to vacate their halls of residence with immediate effect.
Adekunle Ajasin University closure, Newsonline Nigeria understands was sequel to a protest of the students of the school, tagged as ‘violent’ by the school management.
The students had protested on Monday against the school policy of “no tuition payment, no examination.”
