Bamboo App has suffered login glitch as investors rush to buy Dangote Refinery Shares.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Bamboo investment app has experienced login difficulties as a surge of users attempts to access the platform following the commencement of the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE public offer.
The disruption has left some users unable to log into the investment platform, with Bamboo acknowledging the issue in a statement shared on its official X account.
“Hey everyone, we’re getting a much higher-than-expected traffic trying to get into the Dangote IPO, and it’s making it difficult for some users to log into the Bamboo app.

“We’re working on a fix, and it will be up and running shortly,” the company said.
Bamboo attributed the disruption to the unusually high volume of traffic generated by investors seeking to participate in the Dangote Refinery public offer.
The investment platform assured affected users that its technical team was working to resolve the problem, although it did not provide a specific timeframe for when normal access would be fully restored.
The login difficulties come amid heightened interest in the Dangote Refinery public offer, which has attracted significant attention from Nigerians seeking to invest in the refinery through available investment platforms.
The surge in traffic highlights the strong interest generated by the public offer as prospective investors seek to access platforms through which they can submit their applications.
Bamboo’s acknowledgement of the disruption is expected to provide some reassurance to affected users, even as investors await the restoration of full access to the platform.
