BBNaija 10: Delta Governor’s Aide Threatens Legal Action Over Dede’s Defeat to Imisi

The aide expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome of the Big Brother Naija Season 10 finale, alleging irregularities in the voting process that led to Imisi’s victory over fan-favorite Dede.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has accused the organizers of Big Brother Naija Season 10 of rigging the results of the recently concluded reality show.

After Imisi was announced as the winner during Sunday’s live grand finale, Ossai took to his official X (formerly Twitter) account to voice his frustration, claiming that Dede, who emerged as the first runner-up, was unfairly robbed of the title.

He alleged that the show’s producers deliberately avoided allowing another contestant from Delta State to win, following Kellyrae’s victory in the previous season.

According to him, “Dede was robbed by the BBNaija organizers because a Delta boy, Kellyrae, won last year’s edition. They didn’t want another Delta contestant to take the crown this year. She truly deserved the Big Brother Naija title, not the second position.”

“She should have been the rightful winner, not because she’s from Delta, but because she truly earned the love and respect of everyone who watched the show.

“I’ll be taking legal action against Big Brother Naija on Dede’s behalf because the voting process was rigged. I’m deeply disappointed with how this season turned out,” he stated.
