2. Information Management Officer
Requirements
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
- A University Degree (Bachelor’s) in Information Systems / Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Management, Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Formal training in Sector Information Management is an asset.
- Minimum two (2) years of similar work experience in Information Management preferably with NNGOs/INGOs and/or the UN is required.
- Experience in major emergency response relevant to the sector is highly desirable.
- Experience in development of programme information management systems strengthening is highly desirable.

3. Consultant

- Advanced university (Master’s) Degree or equivalent professional experience in social sciences, economics, development studies or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in international development or humanitarian affairs preferable with a focus on high-risk contexts
- Solid experience carrying out multi-sectoral risk analysis, climate risk analysis and/or analysing conflict contexts, as well as preferably in designing climate and disaster risk management and/or social cohesion programmes
- Excellent analytical skills with strong background in research design, research methodology and data collection in the areas of multi-sectoral climate and disaster risks and/or fragility and conflict and their multidimensional impact on communities, children and systems.

7. Emergency Specialist (Rapid Response Mechanism)
Qualifications
To qualify as an Advocate for Every Child, you will have:
- Advanced University Degree in International Development / Relations, Social Sciences, Public Administration, International Law, Public Health, Nutrition, or other related disciplines required.
- First University Degree with additional two-years of relevant field-based work experience is acceptable in lieu of an advanced university degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in in programme/project development, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and administration with UN and/or INGOs. The ideal candidate would have had field-based experience particularly in an emergency context for at least two years.
- Experience in multi-sector emergency programme implementation and emergency system strengthening in conflict settings.

- Experience in use of cash in emergencies is highly desirable.
