Aged, children, and vulnerable groups benefitted from UBA Foundation’s Charity outreach in Lagos.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that in a heartfelt show of compassion and corporate responsibility, the UBA Foundation; the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc has extended vital support to the less privileged in Lagos through its latest charity outreach initiative.

The Foundation’s team visited So-Said Charity Homes Community and SOS Children’s Village, where they donated essential food items and relief materials, including bags of rice, beans, and other daily necessities. The gesture was aimed at easing hardship and bringing comfort to the elderly, children, and other vulnerable members of the community.

The CEO of So-Said Charity Homes Community, Mrs. Felicia Martins, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the donation, noting its timely impact in addressing the needs of residents.

Similarly, Ayodeji Adelopo, Programme Director at SOS Children’s Village, commended the Foundation’s consistent support, describing it as a crucial lifeline for orphaned and vulnerable children.

The event was filled with joy and gratitude, as beneficiaries beamed with smiles while receiving their relief packages.
