Salesforce has reported record Q2 Fiscal 2026 Results and lifted full-year guidance.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Salesforce has announced record financial results for its second quarter of fiscal 2026, ended July 31, 2025, surpassing expectations across all key metrics on the back of strong subscription growth and accelerated adoption of its AI-powered solutions.

The cloud software giant reported revenue of $10.2 billion, representing a 10% year-on-year increase. Subscription and support revenue, its largest segment, grew 11% to $9.7 billion. The company also posted a non-GAAP operating margin of 34.3%, while returning $2.6 billion to shareholders. Notably, Salesforce expanded its share repurchase program by $20 billion, underscoring confidence in future growth.

“We delivered an outstanding quarter to close out the first half of the year, with strong performance across revenue, margin, cash flow, and cRPO,” said Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce. “These results reflect the success of our customers who are transforming into agentic enterprises, where humans and AI agents work side by side to reimagine workflows, accelerate productivity, and deliver customer success.”

A major driver of growth was Salesforce’s AI portfolio. The company revealed that Data Cloud and AI annual recurring revenue now exceeds $1.2 billion, marking a 120% surge year-over-year. Its newly launched Agentforce platform has already closed more than 12,500 deals, highlighting robust demand.

Robin Washington, President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer, emphasized the company’s balanced focus on innovation and profitability: “Our second quarter results highlight our ability to drive profitable growth while helping our customers and ourselves become agentic enterprises. We exceeded all our financial targets while achieving our tenth consecutive quarter of operating margin expansion, delivering strong returns and maximizing value for our customers and shareholders.”

On the back of its performance, Salesforce raised its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to between $41.1 billion and $41.3 billion, while projecting operating cash flow growth of 12% to 13% year-on-year.
