Comfort Emmanson has finally spoken on Ibom Air Flight Incident and viral stripping images.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Comfort Emmanson, the passenger at the center of the controversial August 10 Ibom Air flight from Abuja to Lagos, has spoken publicly for the first time about her ordeal, giving her side of the story following her arrest and the viral videos that sparked widespread debate.

Her Account of Events

Emmanson explained that the disagreement began during boarding when a flight attendant instructed her to switch off her phones. She said she had difficulty shutting down one of her devices because of a faulty power button.

With help from a fellow passenger, she eventually turned off both phones via the settings and assumed the matter had ended.

However, after the plane landed in Lagos, she said she went to the restroom before disembarking. By the time she returned, most passengers had exited. While hurrying out, she alleged that the same attendant blocked her path, preventing her from leaving the aircraft.

Escalation and Alleged Assault

Emmanson stated that when she attempted to record the confrontation on her phone, the situation escalated. She alleged that the attendant pulled at her hair frontal, necklace, and clothes, leaving her injured and with damaged personal belongings.

In the midst of the altercation, security officers boarded the aircraft, restrained her, and dragged her outside.

She claimed the struggle left her partially exposed, while several people filmed her as she struggled to cover herself.

Viral Aftermath

The incident quickly went viral online, sparking public outrage and calls for accountability.
