BREAKING: FG Amends Charges Against Emefiele, Adds 14 New Ones (FULL LIST)

FG has amended the charges against Emefiele and added 14 new ones to his existing 6 charges; making it now 20.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Federal Government of Nigeria has amended the charges against the former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, from six to twenty.

This Nigeria news platform understands that the amended charges were made public on Thursday during a court appearance before Justice Hamza Muazu of the FCT High Court.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the charges against Emefiele have now been updated to include the following; Criminal breach of trust, Forgery, Conspiracy to commit forgery, Procurement Fraud, and Conspiracy to commit Felony.
