Zenith Bank is set to host sixth Annual Tech Fair on November 5, 2026.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Zenith Bank Tech Fair 2026 will explore artificial intelligence under the theme “AI: Embrace or Extinct,” bringing together innovators, entrepreneurs and technology enthusiasts.

Zenith Bank Plc is set to host the sixth edition of its annual technology event, Zenith Bank Tech Fair 2026: Future Forward 6.0, on Thursday, November 5, 2026, with a focus on the growing influence of artificial intelligence (AI).

The event, themed “AI: Embrace or Extinct,” will explore how individuals, businesses and organisations can harness emerging technologies in an increasingly digital economy.

Over the years, the Zenith Bank Tech Fair has evolved into a platform for connecting technology leaders, entrepreneurs and young innovators to showcase solutions, exchange ideas and examine developments shaping the future of technology.

Conceived by the bank’s Founder, Jim Ovia, CFR, the initiative reflects his vision of empowering young Nigerians through technology and supporting innovators in developing solutions with global relevance.

The programme also reinforces Zenith Bank’s commitment to digital innovation and the development of Nigeria’s technology ecosystem.

The impact of the annual event is reflected in the technology solutions developed by previous competition winners.

Previous winners include JumpnPass, which developed a self-checkout solution for retail businesses, and CreditChek, which uses artificial intelligence and open banking to streamline credit verification.

At the 2025 edition, TrustLoop won the hackathon with its digital identity verification solution, while Cubbes Technologies emerged winner of the startup pitch competition with its AI-powered educational technology learning platform.

Through prize funding and mentorship opportunities, the Tech Fair seeks to support promising innovators in developing practical solutions to real-world challenges.

For the first time since its inception, Zenith Bank Tech Fair will be held virtually, allowing participants from across Nigeria and beyond to join the event.

The virtual format is expected to broaden participation and provide a wider audience with access to discussions, technology demonstrations and insights into emerging innovations.

This year’s theme examines the increasing influence of artificial intelligence and challenges individuals and organisations to consider how they can adapt to and benefit from its capabilities.

Participants will have the opportunity to discover emerging innovations, gain fresh insights and engage with ideas shaping the future of work and business.

The event will be accessible through Zoom, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
