According to a close source disclosed that “Hon Fatuhu is Buhari’s nephew (the son of his older brother of the same father and mother).
“When Fatuhu’s father, Muhammad “Mamman” Danbafale, died in a car crash, Buhari became his father.
“Because Fatuhu and Buhari look so much alike, people used to think he was Buhari’s biological son. And Buhari actually did take him as his son-until his one and only biological son, Yusuf, was born.
“But I doubt if Fatuhu’s move gives any indication of Buhari’s political direction.”
In the letter addressed to the ward chairman of Sarkin Yawa A Ward and copied the APC Katsina State chairman, Hon Fatuhu wrote, “This is to notify that I have resigned my membership from the All Progressive Congress (APC) with immediate effect commencing from Wednesday the 13th day of July 2022.”
