Former National Chairman of APGA resigned his membership and joined the Labour party. Why Victor Umeh resigned, others to follow are at the fore front in the coming general election.

 

Newsonline reports that Senator Victor Umeh, resigned from the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, having lost the senatorial ticket for Anambra Central Senatorial District.

 

Senator Victor Umeh, Newsonline reports was former National Chairman of APGA, when the presidential candidate of Labour party, Peter obi was the governor of Anambra State, under APGA.

 

Senator Umeh who was a former senator that represented the senatorial district was unable to win the ticket of APGA in the primary election.

Umeh will slug it out with Senator Uche Ekwunife of PDP, Dozie Nwankwo of APGA and Chief Kodilichukwu Okelekwe of APC in the 2023 general election next year.
