NewsOnline reports that Nigeria’s Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima met with Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (retd) at the weekend in Abuja.
The former Borno governor’s visit to Marwa’s Asokoro residence was to empathize with the former Lagos Military Administrator and incumbent chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, who had back surgery recently.
NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi, shared photos of the meeting on Sunday, assuring that Marwa is in good condition.
Marwa was one of the dignitaries that attended the Nigerian Army Trooping and Presentation of Colours Parade at Eagle Square on Thursday, April 27, 2023.
