1. The motion, which was sponsored by the member representing Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency of Benue State, Philip Agbese, was titled “need to declare emigration of young Nigerians abroad A.KA. ‘Japa syndrome’ a national emergency.”
