Tinubu Appoints 65 Ambassadors: Reno Omokri to Mexico, Fani-Kayode to Germany (Full List)

President Tinubu has appointed 65 Ambassadors.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the deployment of 65 ambassadors to represent Nigeria in various countries and international missions, including the United Nations.

The list, which includes 31 non-career ambassadors and 34 career diplomats, was made public on Friday in a statement issued by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

Among the notable political figures on the list are former presidential spokesman Reno Omokri, who has been posted to Mexico City, and former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode, who will serve as Nigeria’s ambassador to Germany.

Former Minister of Health Isaac Adewole, ex-Rivers Deputy Governor Tele Ikuru, and former military and political figures are also among those appointed to represent Nigeria abroad.

The appointments form part of the Tinubu administration’s effort to strengthen Nigeria’s diplomatic presence and international relations across key regions of the world.
