President Tinubu has unveiled several key projects in Kogi State.
NewsOnline Nigeriareports that President Bola Tinubu, on Monday, commissioned several projects in Kogi State to commemorate the first anniversary of Governor Usman Ododo’s administration under the All Progressives Congress.
The projects include 9 km Zone 8-Zango Daji-Kaduna Junction road, 5.5 km Zone 8 – 8-Crusher Road, and 350-bed hostels for students in Confluence University of Science and Technology.

Others are the Demonstration Farm, two faculties in the university and some Private Health Centres across the state.
The President who was represented by the Vice President, Kashim Shettima arrived in the state in the company of APC National Chairman, Umar Ganduje and Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo.
They were welcomed and received by Ododo, his deputy, Joel Oyibo, former governors Yahaya Bello and Idris Wada, Commissioners and other government officials.
Ododo led Shettima and his delegation to the Zone Round About in Lokoja Local Government Area, where three road projects were commissioned.
The presidential delegation then proceeded to the Muhamadu Buhari Civics Center for the anniversary celebration.
Addressing the President’s delegation, Ododo said “The projects were a demonstration of our desire to improve the wellbeing of the people of Kogi.”
He said that the projects, scattered across the state, were part of his campaign promises to the people who elected him into office.
He thanked his predecessors for laying a solid foundation for him to consolidate upon for the growth and development of the state.
