President Biden has spoken on US settling electoral differences with bullets.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the United States, US, President, Joe Biden has said Americans should resolve their political differences through the ballot box and not bullets.

Posting on his X page on Monday, Biden wrote: “Disagreement is inevitable in American democracy.

“It’s a part of human nature.

“But politics must never be a literal battlefield or – God forbid – a killing field.

“We must stand for an America not of extremism and fury but of decency and grace.

“In America, we resolve our differences at the ballot box. Not with bullets.

“Jill and I extend our deepest condolences to the family of the victim who was killed at Donald Trump’s rally – he was a father protecting his family from the bullets being fired.

“We’re also praying for the full recovery of those who were injured.”

Recall that 20-year-old Thomas Mathew Crooks attempted to assassinate Trump on Saturday.

The incident occurred at Butler, Pennsylvania, during Trump’s presidential campaign rally.
