Police has declared the daughter of ABC Transport Company Owner, Frank Nneji wanted for cybercrime.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Police Force has declared Ihuoma Julia Nneji, daughter of ABC Transport tycoon Frank Nneji, wanted over a barrage of cybercrime allegations.

A special circular issued on Tuesday by the Police National Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCC) accused Miss Nneji of engaging in “criminal defamation, injurious falsehood, and cyberstalking”, charges that have sent shockwaves through elite circles.

The dramatic declaration was made public via the official Facebook page of the Force, signaling the seriousness of the allegations.

It was gathered that between August and September 2024, Nneji allegedly spearheaded a coordinated cyberbullying and blackmail campaign against an Abuja-based businessman.

While the police remain tight-lipped about the identity of the victim, insiders allege the attacks were carried out with calculated precision by Nneji and a clique of online accomplices.

The scandal exploded into the public domain on September 24, 2024, when fiery social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, a.k.a. VeryDarkMan (VDM), waded into the matter. In a blistering video that went viral, VDM issued a 24-hour ultimatum to Nneji, demanding she retracted her defamatory claims or face public exposure.

“You have 24 hours to take down the defamatory content and tender an apology. If you don’t, I will come out with all the evidence and make sure the truth comes to light,” VDM thundered in his post.

As at press time, neither Ihuoma Nneji nor her influential family has broken their silence.

Meanwhile, police authorities are urging anyone with useful information about her whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or report directly to the National Cybercrime Centre in Abuja.
