Edo State governor, Godwin Obaseki, has made further moves to ensure the victory of the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, come 2023 election.

Governor Godwin Obaseki on Thursday (today) inaugurated the Edo State Youth Campaign Council for the Atiku/ Okowa presidential campaign organization in Benin.

Obaseki while addressing the youths campaign council, charged them to mobilize the youths of the state which make up 70 percent of the state’s population for Atiku Abubakar and Ifeanyi Okowa.

The Edo governor who assured the youths council of support further charged them to take the message of Atiku and Okowa to all nooks and crannies of the state.

He advised them to leverage their large population, energy and technological skills to deliver candidates of the PDP in the 2023 general elections, and social media to get all youths of the state into the PDP campaign train.

“Youths make up about 70 percent of the state’s population; this shows the importance of our party’s youth campaign council in taking the PDP’s rescue message to every nook and cranny of the state,” Obaseki added.
