Residents of Kaduna are at the mercy of Ansaru bandit group, who have taken to beating communities for disobeying the ‘No Campaign’ order imposed in the state.

Newsonline reports that Ansaru took to flogging residents who are flouting the ‘No Campaign’ order in Birinin Gwari area of Kaduna state.
