Nnamdi Kanu sight is deteriorating, he may go blind soon, Mike Ozekhome has informed Justice Binta Nyako.

NewsOnline reports that Mike Ozekhome, Nnamdi Kanu’s Counsel yesterday told Justice Binta Nyako during the resumed trial of his client that he might go blind soon.

Ozekhome told the court that DSS confiscated Nnamdi Kanu’s glasses since 2015 and still took the one he was using during his rendition in Kenya.

Ozekhome said: “My lord, since 2015, his glasses were taken from him.

The one he wore before his extraordinary rendition from Kenya was also taken from him.

“Till now, he does not have glasses to wear and his sight is deteriorating.“

Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court adjoined Nnamdi Kanu’s case to April 8, 2022.
