Fenerbahçe coach José Mourinho has reacted to Victor Osimhen’s transfer to Galatasaray.

Newsonline Nigeria reports that José Mourinho, the manager of Fenerbahçe, has addressed Victor Osimhen’s loan transfer to their rival club, Galatasaray.

He commended the signing as an excellent move and revealed he would have liked to have Osimhen on his squad as well.

Despite his praise, Mourinho remarked that Osimhen has a tendency to “throw himself down a lot” on the field.

José Mourinho praised Victor Osimhen, saying, “He’s a fantastic player. If I were at a club with €70-75 million to spend, I would sign him.” Mourinho also noted that while he has a strong relationship with Osimhen, he is not fond of the striker’s tendency to “throw himself down a lot,” as reported by BBO Sports.

Osimhen joined Galatasaray after failing to secure a permanent transfer away from Napoli this summer.
