APC State Congresses Timetable has emerged.

 

 

Newsonline reports that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has released its revised timetable/schedule of activities for the October 16 nationwide state congresses to elect State Executive Committee (SEC).

 

Secretary to the party’s Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), Senator John James Akpanudoedehe, announced this in a notice yesterday in Abuja.

 

The notice reads: “Under the provisions of Article 11:A sub-section (i-xiii), and Article 17(i) of our party’s constitution, the CECPC of our great party has approved the revised timetable/schedule of activities for the conduct of congresses across states in the federation to elect party officials.”

 

It showed the purchase of forms for state congresses – Wednesday, September 15 to Monday, October 11, 2021.

 

The screening of aspirants for State Exco will be conducted on Wednesday, October 13 and Thursday, October 14, 2021, while the state congresses – Saturday, October 16, 2021 in all the states but Anambra and Zamfara states.

 

The notice further indicated that the appeals arising from the state congresses will hold between Saturday, October 23 and Saturday, October 30, 2021.

 

The CECPC secretary said aspirants for the position of State Chairman will buy their forms at N100,000; Deputy State Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer aspirants will pay N50,000.
