JAMB has announced 2026 Direct Entry Registration and set April 25 deadline.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially announced the commencement of registration for the 2026 Direct Entry (DE) admission process.

 

In a statement shared on its official X account on Monday, the examination body confirmed that the sale of Direct Entry application documents began on Monday, March 2, 2026. The registration exercise is scheduled to close on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

JAMB urged all prospective Direct Entry candidates to take note that the registration service is strictly available at its offices across the country.

 

According to the board:

“2026 Direct Entry Registration: This is to inform prospective DE applicants that the sale of application documents has commenced today, Monday, 2nd March 2026, and will end by Saturday, 25th April 2026.

 

Please note that this service can be accessed only at our offices nationwide.”

Candidates seeking admission through the Direct Entry route are advised to complete their registration within the stipulated period to avoid missing the deadline.
