“It’s Unfair To Marry Only One Wife” – RMD Declares Support For Polygamy

RMD has declared his support for polygamy, staing that “it’s unfair to marry only one wife”.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Veteran Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD), has shared his opinion on polygamy.

 

This Nigeria news platform understands that the movie legend said it is unfair to be married to just one woman while responding to a question about the number of women who desire him on a recent episode of Curiosity Made Me Ask.

 

Declaring his support for polygamy, RMD revealed that his father married five women.

The host Bae U Barbie asked: “You are married to only one woman. Do you think that is fair? Do you have an idea of how many women [who] want you?”

 

RMD replied: “I don’t but I think it is unfair to be married to just one woman. My father had five [wives].”

 

RMD is married to television personality Jumobi Adegbesan. The couple got married after he lost his first wife, talk show host May Ellen ‘MEE’ Mofe-Damijo in 1996.
