Newsonline reports that the Federal Government of Nigeria through the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS), has issued a statement explaining how to solve NPower Blank Dashboard and NPower Payroll issues to all NPower beneficiaries.

This online news platform understands that the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) in the statement titled: “BLANK DASHBOARD/PAYROLL”, told all Batch C NPower beneficiaries experiencing blank dashboard/payroll and have not been able to ascertain their status, to kindly try any of the four processes.
The statement reads thus; “BLANK DASHBOARD/PAYROLL“:
“To all Beneficiaries experiencing blank dashboard/payroll and have not been able to ascertain their status, kindly try any of these processes;
1) Log out and log in.
OR
2) Clear your browser data.
OR
3) Use a different browser to access.
ALTERNATIVELY,
4) Use chrome to access. Change the view from phone view to desktop view to access your dashboard at a glance,” the statement added.
STATEMENT on NPower Blank Dashboard and NPower Payroll issues
Newsonline had reported earlier that in a bid to put smiles on the faces of Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries, following the delay in their January Npower stipend payment, National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS), has announced that the Npower January stipend payment has commenced today, Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
Nasims made the payment known in a post on its page on the social media network, Facebook on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, titled: “ATTENTION: N’Power Batch C1:
CREDITING OF ACCOUNTS FOR JANUARY PAYMENT COMMENCES TODAY 13 APRIL, 2022.”
The post reads thus; “ATTENTION: N’Power Batch C1: CREDITING OF ACCOUNTS FOR JANUARY PAYMENT COMMENCES TODAY 13 APRIL, 2022.
“This is a confirmation update for the commencement of January 2022 payment for graduate beneficiaries that moved to PROCESSING STAGE yesterday 12 April, 2022.
“The above payment is expected to commence today. However, we assure all backlog payments initiated same day for non-graduate beneficiaries shall follow suit soon.
“Be patient and wait for your payment. Thank you!”
Meanwhile, Newsonline Nigeria reports that the Npower batch C programme is expected to last for 12 months and so far, beneficiaries have spent 7 months in the Programme leaving them with 5 months to be exited like the Batches A-B except if the management decided to extend batch c tenure.
