Tinubu has been stabbed to death by his wife.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Mrs Comfort Tinubu, 33-year-old housewife has reportedly stabbed her 39-year-old husband, Olusegun Tinubu, to death during a misunderstanding in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.

 

This Nigeria news platform gathered that the couple married three years ago and lived at Gbeyi in the Adegbayi area of Ibadan.

 

The marriage is blessed with two children.

SP Adewale Osifeso, spokesperson for the police in Oyo State confirmed that the mother of two stabbed her husband to death in Nigeria on Friday in Ibadan.

 

According to the police spokesperson, an investigation was ongoing in the case.

 

“The case is under investigation at the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department.

 

“Updates will be provided accordingly,” Osifeso said.

 

He said that the alleged murder was initially reported at Gbagi Police Station.
