Breaking: ‘Everybody Should Vote APC’ – Atiku’s Wife,Titi, Gaffes (VIDEO)

The wife of the presidential candidate of the main opposition People Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, Titi Abubakar, has made a gaffe while campaigning for the husband ahead of the 2023 election.

Newsonline reports that Titi Abubakar in a video that has now gone viral on social media called on the women she was addressing in the video to go and collect their permanent voter’s card and vote for All Progressives Congress (APC) instead of the PDP, his husband’s party.

Titi Atiku in the seventeen seconds video said, “…that 25th of February everybody should come, if you have not collected your PVC, go and collect your PVC, get it ready.., 25 of February, we should vote APC.”

Reacting to the video, the spokesman for the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign organization, Festus Keyamo, said though Atiku’s wife made a slip of tongue Nigerians should not make mountain out of it.

“Wife to Atiku, Titi Abubakar, has just urged Nigerians to vote APC on February 25th next year. In all honesty, this is obviously a slip of tongue, but we hold the view that it is unreasonable to make a mountain out of such molehills, especially when you quickly correct yourself!” Keyamo said.
