EFCC has confirmed the arrest of fleeing Former Governor Yahaya Bello.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello on Tuesday was arrested by the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over the charges against him by the anti-graft commission.

 

This Nigeria news platform understands that Bello is currently undergoing interrogation by EFCC Investigators.

At the last hearing on November 14, the EFCC had sought adjournment till November 27 in the fresh case it instituted against Bello, saying that the 30-day window was still running for the summons earlier issued.
