APP has withdrawn the petition against President-Elect Bola Tinubu.

 

NewsOnline reports that the Action People’s Party(APP) has withdrawn its petition against the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the ongoing proceedings challenging his victory in the February 25 presidential election.

This online newspaper reports that the Counsel for the party, Obed Agu, announced this during Wednesday’s proceedings.

 

In the brief ruling, Justice Tsammani Haruna, who is the presiding judge of the Presidential Election Petition Court, dismissed the suit.
