APC Chairman Abdulahi has been suspended and ordered to immediately return all party’s properties.

NewsOline Nigeria reports that the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 8, Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State, Musa Abdulahi has been suspended by the party’s executive members.

The suspension follows allegations of misconduct, including insubordination, failure to hold necessary meetings, and involvement in actions that undermine the party’s objectives.

Abdulahi was also accused of misusing party funds designated for voter registration drives and cooperating with opposition factions.

The suspension, effective immediately, demands that Abdulahi return all party property and cease representing himself as the ward chairman.

The statement reads, “We, the executive members of the All Progressives Congress in Ward 8 of Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State have suspended the chairman, Musa Abdulahi.

“Abdulahi is to immediately return all party properties and official documents currently in his possession and he is hereby warned to also cease parading himself as the APC Ward 8 chairman or as a member of the party.

“Failure to comply with these directives will result in legal action, as the APC constitution clearly empowers the majority of ward executives to suspend any executive or party member found guilty of actions that violate the party’s principles and constitution.”
