BREAKING: Abiola Declares Sovereign Democratic Republic of Yoruba Nation

Modupe Abiola has declared a sovereign Democratic Republic of Yoruba Nation.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that one Ms Modupe Onitiri Abiola has declared herself the president of a new Sovereign Democratic Republic of Yoruba Nation which she claimed seceded from Nigeria.

 

This Nigeria news platform understands that Ms Abiola, in the treasonous move, made this known via a video feed being shared by supporters of the alleged new nation.

 

She read out a speech to commemorate the occasion which took place on April 12 as she announced that the unrecognized nation had an army of its own.

Recall Yoruba Nation self-determination group led by historian, Prof Banji Akintoye, and Chief Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho, on Saturday, condemned the “OminiraYoruba” group led by Ms Modupe Onitiri Abiola whose members and supporters allegedly invaded the Oyo State Government House.

 

The attackers had later been detained with charms, guns and ammunition.
