The local currency opened at N589.00 per $1 at the parallel market otherwise known as the black market, today, Wednesday, 6 April 2022, in Lagos Nigeria, after it closed N587.00 per $1 on Tuesday, 5 April 2022.

Newsonline Nigeria reports that at the black market, the players buy a dollar for N582 and sell for N589 on Wednesday morning, April 6, 2022, after they bought N581 and sold for N588 on Tuesday, 5 March 2022.

Meanwhile, Newsonline Nigeria reports that the USD started this week at ₦590 in Parallel Market also known as Black Market on Monday, April 4, 2022, in Lagos Nigeria, after it opened at #587 last week Monday, March 28, 2022.
